untuk merasai cendawan shitake
1/2 bawang
1 jus oren
Rempah-rempah:
4 tangkai serai
Galangal, halia, daun limau
1 tomato besar dicincang
Garam, gula, lada, sup cendawan (pilihan)
Rempah tanah:
3 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
3 candlenuts
sedikit minyak masak
