Cheese

Most dairy products generally contain some biotin in them. Gorgonzola or blue cheese and Camembert cheese are some of the most biotin-containing cheeses according to a study examining the biotin content of 23 types of cheese.

Sweet potato

Sweet potatoes contain some of the highest biotin content found in vegetables. Because sweet potatoes also contain beta carotene, this is great for you who want to beautify and care for your skin from the inside. You can consume sweet potatoes by roasting or dioven so that the content of biotin in it is not reduced much.

Meat or animal organs

Chicken or cow liver contains high biotin, approximately 27 to 35 micrograms of biotin in 3 loused ounces of liver. Biotin can also be found in fish such as salmon and sardines. Salmon cooked in boiled way, usually has 4 to 5 micrograms of biotin per 3-ounce size.
