Cháo là món ăn thông dụng trong đời sống người dân Việt Nam, dễ chế biến, dễ tiêu hóa. chúng ta có thể chế biến đa dạng các nguyên liệu để làm thành nồi cháo thơm ngon, có thể là cháo gà, cháo vịt, cháo hành, cháo lòng, cháo sườn.... Đặc biệt, hôm nay mình xin chia sẻ đến các bạn một loại cháo độc lạ và rất ngon miệng- Cháo từ Hoa

1 Cháo Hoa Nhài *
Hoa nhài chứa rất nhiều chất vitamin tốt cho sức khỏe, bên cạnh đó có chứa chất đường, bột, hợp chơ hữu cơ tốt cho da.
Cứ 100g gạo thì sử dụng 3-5g Hoa Nhài khô nấu cùng. Cháo hoa nhài khô sẽ giúp da luôn mềm mại, không bị khô, chống lão hóa da khá hiệu quả.
2. Cháo Hoa Cúc
Hoa cúc chứa nhiều axit amin, vitamin , ức chế sự hình thành melanin (gây sạm nám) ở da.Cứ 100g gạo nấu cùng với 5-10g hoa cúc khô
3. Cháo hoa Hồng

Chọn hoa hồng tươi, chưa nở hết, đem đun lấy nước. Lấy bã hoa cho vào máy xay thêm lần nữa, lọc lấy nước. Khi gạo nở bung thì cho nước hoa hồng vào và chúng ta có ngay tô cháo ngon và bổ dưỡng.
