Cod omelette | Easy recipe

Cod omelet is a different way to take cod. It is also a very healthy recipe to take care of and I love it.

I think everyone knows how to make an omelet, but to make it perfect is very difficult because each person is a world and there are people who like more curd, less curd, etc ... for my taste the perfect omelette should be juicy without being to be Raw (there are people who love the tortilla passed by a sole ...)

This cod omelet is very easy to make and now that we are at Easter we can take some parts of cod to make a good omelet.

Ingredients for making cod omelet

200 grams of cod
4 eggs
Medium green pepper
Half an onion
Half leek
1 garlic
Salt (take care of the cod)

How to make cod omelet

1.- We begin by pocking the onion, the leek and the pepper with a whole garlic so that it of flavor. Then we will remove it. We poached about 15 minutes over low heat.

2.- Smash the cod that we have previously desalted, beat the eggs and mix everything. We incorporate salt if it is necessary but surely it does not need much.

3.- We put it in a frying pan. A few minutes on each side and that's it.
