6 zucchinis
1 cup 30z IOOg flour
2 tbsps - loz - 30g ground flax seeds
LEVEL UP! Add 1 teaspoon cumin and 2 tablespons of nutritional yeast to the mix. Add plain yogurt mixed with garlic powder and dried dill to make the sauce.
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Grate zucchinis into a colander. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Press down with your hand or a spoon to drain as much water as Dossible.
- Combine grated and drained Zucchinis, flour and ground flax seeds together In a mixing bowl. Season for taste and mix well.
- Preheat the oven 400⁰ F (200⁰C). Form fritters and place on too of a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Flip the fritters over and bake them for another 15 minutes, 30 minutes in total.
- Transfer to a plate. Make the sauce by combining yogurt, garlic powder and dried dill together. Add the sauce to the fritters.
