Hello all,
I am sharing with you my favorite Vegetarian recipe.
Bok Choy and Onions over Brown Rice Noodles.
1 - Bunch of Bok Choy
1/2 - Yellow Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Hoisen Sauce
Pure Sesame Oil
Minced Garlic
I cut up the onions and bok choy. Then saute the onions in the olive oil.
Then I add the bok choy.
I add the hoisen sauce, sesame oil and minced garlic and get this.
I love having this over Brown Rice Noodles. This is the brand I use. They are instant just add boiling water, let it sit for a few minutes. So simple and they taste great.
And here is the final result. I love this, it is so simple to make and delicious. I usually make 4 portions, perfect for lunch and dinner.
