Ghana is such an amazing country with very rich culture, Ghana foods has style and flavour in a fabulous way that you can always fancy.
From grilled fresh fish with spicy sauce to tje famous classic Jollof rice, you will just salivate on the sight of the the nutritious and appealing dishes. Most ghanaian dishes are organised around a starchy staple food with which goes a sauce or soup containing a protein source.
In this article, i will be looking at 3 greatest Ghana recipes you will definately love to try.

  1. JOLLOF RICE

    INGREDIENTS.
    1 and 1/2 cups of white rice
    1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast
    3 cups of chicken soup
    1 medium sized onion
    2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
    6-ounce of tomato paste
    PROCEDURE
  2. In a saucepan, fry the rice and onion in oil and cover until the onion turns transluscent.
  3. Cut chicken into small cubes and add to the mixture.
  4. Add tomato paste and then chicken soup in succession, simmer the mixture, cover pan and decrease the heat to low in order not to burn the food.
  5. Cook in low heat until rice is thurnder,
    In 25 munites time, check to see if liquid is absorbed and the chicken is fully cooked.
    Your meal is then ready to be served.
