THE VEGAN WAY OF LIVING
Did you know most smoothie bowls are vegan? The are made with fresh vegetables and fruit. For the topping you normally use different kind of nuts, seeds, spices and herbs. To make your smoothie less thick you can add water or almond milk. Al vegan see? How do you feel about the vegan way of living?
Ingrediënts:
1 frozen banana
3 frozen strawberries
3 normal stawberries (topping)
50 gram frozen blueberries
2 tb cocosrasp
2 tl chiaseeds
3 tl rolled oats
50 ml amandelmelk
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together and poor the smoothie in a cute bowl.
- Cut the fresh strawberries in pieces and add this to the smoothie bowl followed by the cocosrasp and chiaseeds.
- You can also add some spices like cinnamon or gingerpowder.
