  • Wash the meat well to marinate. Take another salt water and take salt in it. Keep this salt in water for 1 hour. The meat will be soft and salt will enter well.

After 1 hour take up the meat and take it with the towel towel and take it down to the water. Now put a small steel bowl inside the meat. Put the hot oil in the stale bowl before, put a little oil on it. Then cover the foil paper with the whole. The smell of the flesh of the flesh will go away and a nice smell will come out. After 15 minutes remove the foil paper, coal, bowl.

Now give one ginger, garlic, white turmeric powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, jayple powder, jayatri powder, chilli powder in the meat. Then add ghee, milk, saffron, sour, salt. Sprinkle everything together and marinate for 1 hour.
