Roasted Leg of Lamb and Pork Ribs

Hello steemit friends:

Today I will share with you the two dishes again. the roasted pork ribs and leg of lamb .They are very delicious .the same method ,easy to do .Only need to marinate them in advance ,then put them in the oven . hope you like !

Ingredients:

  • pork ribs (leg of lamb )
  • garlic , chopped
  • ginger, chopped
  • green onion
  • powder pepper
  • honey
  • oyster sauce
  • soy sauce
  • salt
  • cooking wine

Instructions:

1 Wash pork ribs (leg of lamb ) ,soaked in water for 1 hour .
2 Put the pork ribs (leg of lamb ) in a large bowl. add soy sauce,salt,pepper,garlic,ginger,cooking wine ,honey,oyster sauce to the bowl.

3 Mix all the ingredients ,make every pork rib (leg of lamb ) coated with sauce evenly. cover and put it in fridge ,marinated it for 3 hour .

4 Put it in a bakeware wrapped with tinfoil. cover it

5 Preheat the oven, bake it at 200 degree for 30 minutes.

cut into slices and dished up .

蜜汁烤排骨 和羊腿

原料:
排骨和羊腿 ,花椒粉,生抽,料酒,耗油,蜂蜜,葱末,姜末 ,蒜末,盐

做法:

1、排骨(羊腿)洗净,浸泡1小时。去掉血水。
2、排骨(羊腿)放大碗里,加入生抽,盐,花椒,蒜末,葱末,姜末,料酒,蚝油,蜂蜜。
3、混合所有材料,拌匀冰箱冷藏腌制3小时。
4、放入铺上锡纸的烤盘,上面再盖上锡纸,包住排骨(羊腿),烤箱预热200度,烤约30分钟。

烤完的羊腿,用刀片下肉装盘,即可食用。
