Hallo,Sahabat Steemit.Kali ini saya ingin menulis rujak Pliek-U cemilan ringan khas Aceh.
Pliek-U memang di kenal sebagai salah satu bahan pembuatan makakanan khas aceh yang paling di gemari yaitu kuah pliek-u.
Namun siapa sangka,pliek-u juga sering di jadikan bumbu colek saat merujak,campuran pliek-u garam dan cabe rawit sebagai bumbu colek untuk jambu biji,mangga muda dan buah lainnya.
rujak pliek -u merupakan kegiatan sering di lakukan untuk mengisi waktu kosong dalam aktifitas sehari-hari.
jika anda pernah mencicipi rujak pliek-u pasti bikin lindah anda ketagihan sama rujak khas aceh satu ini
