With this recipe you can put a delicious cake on the table in no time.

Fast, cheap and we can call this one of the least unhealthy pies.

If the water comes in your mouth, it’s time to get started.

Ingredients: (4 pers.)

 1 can of rice pudding (vanilla)
 2 tsp flour
 1 tsp of baking powder
 2 tsp sugar
 1 packet of vanilla-flavored sugar
 2 egg yolks

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients, until a homogeneous mass.
    
  • Grease your cake base or tins and sprinkle very thinly with flour (beat the excess flour well).
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C or 350°F and depending on the size of your baking pan, let it bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
  • Check regularly before baking because there may be some difference in the different ovens.
