Making Big Burgers With Hightouch

Hello :)
I'm used to consume junk food and sometimes (like yesterday) I'm like "Why I'm not doing my own" instead of eating other people junks. So today I'm gonna show you how to make big burgers for 4 persons.

  • 1.5 kg of meat (you may try french charolais beef if you can find it)
  • Small bunch of coriander or parsley (you can also use both)
  • 4 Big breads
  • 4 onions
  • 1 Iceberg salad
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Pickles
  • 300 grams of Mozzarella
  • 8 slices of grison meat
  • 12 slices of Cheddar
  • Ketchup, mustard, and burger sauce.
  • Salt, pepper and sugar

Start by cutting one onion into slice and put it in a stove, cook it with adding some sugar and water. Wait it to caramelize.
Hash 3 onions into small dice, hash your coriander, add them to your meat and start to mix it. Dont forget to add salt and pepper. We are ready to separate the meat into 4 parts. We can now make our steaks (I used a plate to made them flatten).
Well after good mixing everything you can start to cook the meat.

In the same time as we waiting for steak to be cooked, we gonna start to prepare breads. Take the bottom part of bread, put it some ketchup and mustard (or any other sauce as you like). Cut your pickles into slices and add them just after your caramelized onions.
Now take the top part, add some sauce (I used the Amora Burger sauce), as we have sauce, now the salad will stick onto the top part. Cut your tomato into slices and add it afther the salad. Top part is finished. (dont care about mozza on photos I removed them)

Meat is cooked ? So before removing it from stove, add your mozarella on it and wait for melting. Add 2 slices of grison meat and finish by adding 3 slices of cheddars.

When the cheddar is melting. You can take the steak and put it on the bottom part of your bread. Take the top part and finish building your steak house with the roof.

When they are all ready, power on oven at 180°, and put burgers into the oven on a wire rack (be care the weight approach 3 kilos).

Dont wait more than one minute and get them out. Voila your big burgers are done.

You can cut them into two part. Tbh even a quarter is bigger than a bigmac :)
