ADSactly Awareness - Why There are Hidden Chemicals in Our Food?

It may sound complicated but we need to familiarize ourselves with sugars like corn syrup, sucrose, etc. There's also a total especially in drinks. I usually take a look at how many grams of sugar each serving has. Some drinks have as much as 24 g per serving! That's too much so if I don't have any better choice, I just gulp a little. Better carry a jug of water.

I agree. I have started only drinking water. I was horrified to see how much sugar I was consuming in just one soft drink and how that type of sugar causes so many issues in our body.

This exactly. I actually just finished a post on the toxic effect of sugars. I believe sugar is the major culprit of the current obesity epidemic. As a result, I did not drink any soda for about two years now.
