Original Homemade Amazingly Delicious "Lamb Mutton Meat Balls"!

Today, i am going to share with steemians an original homemade hot & spicy "Lamb Mutton Meat Balls" Recipe.

Ingredients:-

Mutton = 1/2kg
Split chickpeas = 4 tblsp
Ginger garlic paste = 1 tsp
Turmeric = 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
Salt = as per taste
All spice powder = 1tsp Oil
Green chilies = 3 nos
Coriander = 1 bunch
Mint = 1/4 bunch
Lemon = 1/2 nos
Black pepper powder = 1/2 tsp
onion = 1 big sliced finely

METHOD:-

In a pressure cooker add mutton split chickpeas, chili, turmeric, All spice powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and 2 tbsp oil ...

Add a glass full of water and pressure cook till meat is tender and till the water evaporates...

Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and add chopped green chilies, coriander and mint leaves also squeeze the lemon before grinding and then grind the above mixture into a fine thick batter .

Make small balls or diamond shaped of the desired size by rubbing little oil to the palm .

Then dry roast them on a nonstick pan or microwave them, serve it as a starter or a snack with any bread of your choice.
