Very Delicious Homemade BBQ Chicken Cheese Pizza! (100% Original)

Hello Steemians,

Today, i am going to share with steemians , sunday special an original homemade "BBQ Chicken Cheese Pizza" Recipe.

Ingredients:

3-4 pizza base
3 tblspn BBQ sauce
100 gms butter
200 gms Chicken breast
250 gms mozzarella cheese
1 teaspn garlic powder
1 teaspn onion powder
salt as per taste
1 teaspn black-pepper
1 teaspn oregano
2-3 bell peppers
2-3 tomatoes
2-3 onions

Method:

1.Take chicken breast and cut them into 1 inch cubes and marinate the chicken pieces with salt, black-pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and leave the pieces for 15 minutes.

2.Now heat a pan add a nice amount of butter, toss the chicken pieces in it, until a nice light golden brown color appears and then remove and keep it aside.

3.Chop bell peppers, tomatoes and onions into equal shape cubes.

4.Preheat the oven for 15 mins.

5.In the mean time take a pizza base apply butter over it evenly on the top side only now spread BBQ sauce all over the pizza base .

6.Put the fried chicken pieces chopped vegetables over it.

7.Lastly grate mozzarella cheese all over with the help of a grater.

8.Sprinkle oregano and black pepper over it.

9.Now place this pizza in the preheated oven and bake it for just 10 mins .

10.Serve hot and Cut into the desired size .
