BANANA.

Banana is a fruit that is shaped somewhat like a finger is usually yellow when ripe grows in bunches on a large treelike tropical plants with very large leaves.

Banana has many heatlh benefits some of them are following.

High Fiber Content.

Heart Heatlh.

Banana is loaded with fiber both soluble and insoluble. The solube fiber has the tendency to slow down digestion and keep your feeling full for longer time. Which is why banana are often included in a breakfast meal so tha you can start you day without having to worry about the nex meal.

Heart health.

High fiber foods are said to be good for the heart. According to a study done by University
of Leeds in UK increasing consumption of fiber rich food such as Banana can lower the risk of both cardiovascular disease (CVD) and coronary heart disease (CHD).

Ease in Digestion.

According to Ayurveda banana has sweet and sour taste. The sweet taste is said to bring a sense of heavniess but the soure taste is known stimulate agni thereby supporting digestion and helping in building up of metabolise.

It is a known fact that salt is the evil when it comes to high blood pressure. Bananas has low salt content and high potassium content and these properties contribute to making it deal for those undergoing this condition.
