Usually have at least one of the egg nigiri when we go to Genki Sushi. I tried the other dish for the first time. It's called salmon karaage. Karaage is a cooking technique in which chicken, or in this case salmon is marinated and then deep fried. Karaage is usually served with lemon, mayo, or soy sauce (shoyu). In this case there was spicy mayo and green onions. I loved it. I think this will be added to my "usuals" list.
