Duck egg

in food •  7 years ago

I raise ducks in my backyard. They lay extra large eggs almost every day. The yolk is much larger than a chickens egg! The only downside is that the eggshell is a little more tough. I prefer them over chicken eggs, especially for hard boiling and deviled eggs, as the yolk seems to be a bit creamier.
