My mum recently made us this banana bread and it was pretty darn good. The recipe seems to be a secret and it's on a very old piece of paper. XD

Yummy! I love making banana bread. I always freeze my over ripe bananas and I thaw them when I need them. It actually ends up being like a banana puree as soon as it's thawed so it's really easy to use. :)
