HK Michelin Truffle Dimsum 홍콩 미슐랭 트러플 딤섬

I would like to introduce you to the most delicious food in Hong Kong.
It is really delicious dim-sum that I want to eat now.
The store name is Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Pan-fried, which is located in Hong Kong.
홍콩여행에서 가장 맛있게 먹었던 음식을 소개해볼까 합니다!
지금 글을 쓰면서도 역시나 먹고 싶은 정말 맛있는 딤섬이에요.
가게 이름은 홍콩에 위치한 'Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Pan-fried'

It's not just a popular dumpling. This is Dim-sum with lots of truffles.
It is also a Michelin restaurant in Hong Kong.
However, because there is no room to eat inside the store, it is advisable to eat from to-go.
그냥 흔하디 흔한 딤섬이 절대 아니에요. 무려 트러플 오일이 가미된 딤섬입니다 :)
홍콩 미슐랭에도 선정된 맛집이에요.
하지만 매장 내부에서 먹을 공간이 없기 때문에, To-go해서 먹는 게 바람직합니다.

Dim-sum menu is only three, but it is really delicious. Personally, it is much tastier than Hong Kong's famous Timhowan Dimsum!

딤섬 메뉴는 3개뿐이지만, 정말 정말 맛있어요. 개인적으로 홍콩에서 유명한 팀호완 딤섬보다 훨씬 맛있습니다 :)

I bought a shrimp dim-sum and a truffle dim-sum and ate it.
There are four Dim-sums per one menu. The left side is Shirimp dim-sum, and the right side is truffle dim-sum.
저는 새우 딤섬과 트러플 딤섬을 사와서 먹었어요.
메뉴 1박스당 딤섬이 4개씩 들어있어요. 왼쪽이 새우 딤섬, 오른쪽이 트러플 딤섬이에요.



Inside the truffle, there is a black truffle. If you bite a bite, you can taste the sweet taste of the truffle!
This is a Hong Kong restaurant where you must go without worrying.

트러플 딤섬 안에는 블랙 트러플이 뿌려져 있어요. 한 입 베어물면 트러플 향에 감격스러운 맛을 맛볼 수 있답니다!
정말 무조건 가야하는, 강추하는 홍콩 맛집이에요.
