One great place to get a great brunch at a reasonable price is at Herringbone Waikiki located at the International Marketplace on the 3rd floor.
Usually in major cities such as New York City when you do weekend brunch, mimosas can add up with each going for $15 per mimosa.
At Herringbone, they do unlimited mimosas for $25 (granted that one drinks responsibly and isn't wasted).
I only managed to drink about 3 and was a bit drunk.
For the actual brunch dish, I simply got the Farmer's Market Omelette, which is the basic and traditional omelette style with a side salad. The portion sizes was quite big, so I wasn't even able to finish eating it.
Overall, with the unlimited mimosas and the brunch dish, I thought it was a fair price with a great atmosphere and environment.
I definitely will come back here to do a morning brunch again.
Note that they open at 10:30AM ... so no earlier.
