肥肠是一种很平民化的食物，几乎家家户户都用它做过菜。关于肥肠的做法，有很多种，大都以红烧为主。今天这道菜，就是红烧肥肠。肥肠里面加入板栗，板栗的营养价值，大家都知道，加上美味的肥肠，别具一格。
