Purple Sweet Mud Cake
Material:
- 200 grams of purple yams, steamed, puree
- 4 eggs, separate yellow and white
- 200 grams of sugar
150 grams of wheat flour - 250 ml of liquid milk / coconut milk
- 50 grams of margarine, dilute
- salt to taste
How to make:
- Mix the purple yams, egg yolks, granulated sugar, wheat flour, milk, margarine, and salt together. Set aside
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fluffy. Enter into the sweet potato mixture while stirring slowly until well blended
- Pour the dough into a margarine-treated mold. Bake until browned and cooked. Lift
