Recipe for Making Baked Tilapia πβ€π
Tilapia is one of the freshwater fish that is favored by many people both children and adults. Tilapia which is processed by burning is very suitable to serve here. Tilapia, which must have a savory flavor plus spicy Taliwang seasoning, makes this dish very tempting. In addition to the taste produced from these grilled tilapia, the recipes and ingredients needed are also quite easy to obtain, so we don't have to pay to provide special menus for the people you love. Here's the recipe.
Materials for making grilled tilapia:
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon combed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 250 ml of coconut milk

Clean the fish then coat the salt and lime juice
Place fine spices (ginger, red onion, garlic, cayenne, galangal, lemongrass, 1 orange leaf) together with leaves and ground chillies
Add coconut milk and turn on the fire
Add 1/2 sachet of royco beef
When boiling add salt and cooking sugar until thickened, then lift
After lifting add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
Then add 2 sweet soy sauce sachets
Juice of casturi acid
Finally 1/2 bottle of spicy abc chili
Let stand 1 hour so that the spices thicken
Prepare coals of fire from coconut shells that are burned.
Take the fish that has been given acidic water and salt then dip it in the seasoning mixture, then arrange it in the grill .

Remember!
No need to add extra spices
Let the fish cook perfectly then lift
The fish that has been grilled with 1 time spread the spices let it hang until the water will come out of the gap of the fish, let it dry for 10 minutes.
