Hi thanks for the up vote :) I shall try to post some more stuff in the coming days,I guess the change from vegetarianism was a realization in many ways, the only thing I really ate that was not vegan at this point was cheese I really did`nt like milk and eggs.
I thought at the time their was some benefits to having cheese in my diet. After researching further though I realized not only was it something that can be very addictive their was in reality no real benefit so really it was nothing more than an indulgence i guess ,plus their have been cases of baby cows not getting enough milk,so I guess my philosophy was if its something I don`t need then I should find an alternative it helps me and the cows.
I`ve been vegan since about 2015/16 and was vegetarian for around 5 to 6 years before that as I felt could not stand how animals were slaughtered.Veganism its quickly become my new passion,I just love plant based food and what it gives me,I think its true that mother earth certainly knows best.
take care :) peace
I'm glad it is having such a positive effect on your life. I had my own journey into veganism about 4 years ago.
Have a look at this piece I wrote 2 days ago and tell me what you think. I'd appreciate feedback from another vegan.

I look forward to more of your writing in the future.
