Homemade food is my best ever, and today i present you an easy and delicious homemade Churros with chocolate sauce. It takes only 30 minutes to make with a very simple ingredients and the result is better than the fairs churros ;)
I garnished some with cinnamon and sugar and left some to dip it only in chocolate since my little girl doesn't like cinnamon taste.

Homemade Churros

Prep time: 15 mins
Frying time: 15 mins
Servings: 3

Ingredients:

For the dough:
1/2 Cup of milk
1/2 Cup of water
1 Cup all purpose flour
60g Butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

For garnish:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

For chocolate dipping :
60g Chocolate
40g Butter

Oil for frying

The way:

In a suace pan pour the water and milk, place it in a medium heat add sugar and butter. Bring it to simmer.
Add flour, mix with a wooden spoon until you have a smooth dough, remove from heat.
Mix the dough for one minute to let it cool down.
Add egg and mix until well combine.
Place the dough at piping bag with a star tip.
Mix sugar with sinnamon. And chocolate with butter, melt in microwave for 20 second then stir to combine.
In a kitchen steel skimmer, pipe one churros then fry it in a hot oil until golden color. Repeat.
Get rid of extra oil, then dip the churros in the sugar cinnamon mixture.
Serve with chocolate.
