I love Antipasti

  • the best Antipasti worldwide are cooked by a good friend of mine.

His name for friends is "Dani".

  • he is originally from the plateaus near Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia and i tell you his Antipasti beat every 5 Michelin star cook.

Incredible, but true; ... and the good thing is: anytime I want some he says:

"Well Professor, 4U I'm ready 24/7"
... an I always respond:
"Dani dear, today I only want a small sample of them"

& the result ?! : After the tasting I still take 3 kg's home :)

so, ... now I'm home again
