There’s no better and lighter dinner than the seafood. Today I’m cooking simple yet very delicious meal - fresh mussels with spicy chipotle sauce.
All you need:
1 kg mussels
200 ml creme fraiche
Garlic
Chipotle peppers
Chop the garlic and put it to deep sauce pan together with mussels. Cook everything with just a little bit Of water until all mussels are open. Then pour a creme fraiche together with some salt and a table spoon of dry chipotle. Voila!
