As you well know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Today I show you what I usually eat breakfast. My breakfast is composed of natural orange juice, a dish of lactose-free milk skimmed with oatmeal flakes and to finish a natural yogurt with honey and nuts.
First I squeeze the oranges and I take them in juice. The orange is composed of vitamin C, flavonoids and beta-carotene, which together act as a potent antioxidant which helps to cleanse the organism preventing vascular, heart, degenerative and cancer diseases, among others. My father died of a heart attack and very close relatives too, so I have to take care of my arteries.
After the orange juice I take a plate of milk without lactose with oatmeal flakes. My mother is celiac and I have the gene, so lactose is taken from my diet. Oat flakes help reduce cholesterol, it is an antioxidant, improves the immune system, helps regulate the blood sugar level and is a good diuretic.
Finally I drink a natural yogurt with honey and nuts. This gives me energy and minerals since 30 minutes after breakfast I will train.
