Today I’m sharing the best food to satisfy food cravings - a super creamy and rich banana shake with the good fats of peanuts and coconut milk. It’s sweet, it’s delicious and healthy.

Prep time: 5 min
Portions: 1

Ingredients:

• 2 frozen ripe bananas
• 200 ml coconut milk
• handful of unsalted peanuts (or 1 tbsp nut butter)
• ½ tsp cinnamon (and/or ground vanilla)
• optional: 1 date for more sweetness

Instructions

• If necessary, let the frozen bananas thaw for a moment.
• Put it into a blender together with the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
• Add a date for more sweetness.
• Decorate with crushed peanuts and some cinnamon.
