Hello Steemians 💚

Here I present to you two of my favourite desserts combined - homemade chocolate ice cream on chia pudding. It’s easy, it’s delicious and it’s so healthy that you could even have it for breakfast - enjoy 💚

Prep time: 5 minutes (2 hrs soaking time)
Portions: 2

Ingredients:

• 10 tbsp chia seeds
• 500 ml coconut milk, sweetened
• 4 frozen bananas
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tsp ground vanilla
• handful of cacao nibs

Instructions

• Soak the chia seeds in the sweetened coconut milk for about two hours.
• Take bananas out of the freezer and cut them into 3-4 cm big pieces.
• Together with the cocoa powder blend it on highest speed for few minutes until creamy.
• Fill a dessert glass halfway up with chia pudding and halfway with chocolate ice cream.
• Top the ice cream with cacao nibs and enjoy.
