Finally, we have proper winter here. I thought to never say that, but you know what? Winter is gorgeous. It is -15C outside and it is snowing love. Pure frozen love made out of the water.
For this and many other reasons (one of them is me keeping up with my workouts and healthy eating habits), I represent you this glorious breakfast.
I do not know about you, but I just adore hazelnut-flavored yogurt. If you are a little bit extra, you can make real hazelnut yogurt by soaking cashew nuts, hazelnuts, adding water, probiotic powder, and mixing and blending the hell out of it.
Anyways, I was not that extra today, so I took hazelnut-flavored yogurt, sliced bananas, and apples with mint and cinnamon (yep, just like such an extra apple pie!).
I am a huge food lover and I often tend to eat with my eyes, so this is why I usually make layers. Bananas on the bottom, yogurt, and apple-pie-tasting top.
