A cold weather because of Tropical Storm Gorio (international name Noru) and it bring rains to my place. That is why I cook this Bicol Expres, a Bicolano's pride. It is a stew made from long chilies, coconut milk, shrimp paste or stockfish, onion, pork, garlic, pepper and salt (optional).
Ohhhh so spicy-hot. It brings heat to my stomach! YUMMMMMMMY!
