Avocado Cilantro Dressing with Lime
I love creamy dressings and this avocado cilantro dressing is no exception. It’s savory and tangy and only takes a few minutes to make when you’ve got ripe avocados. It’s like guacamole as a salad dressing. And that’s not a bad thing.
The thing about homemade salad dressings it that there’s a wide range of flavor possibilities. I find it very enjoyable to play around with salad dressing in the kitchen.
With a vitamix (<-affiliate) or another high speed blender, you get the smoothest, creamiest dressings and sauces. It’s especially great for this avocado cilantro dressing.
Sometimes, you need only a little bit of sauce for this meal, right here, right now. But I’m in need of an alternate appliance! In fact, I’m in search of a small food processor. With very specific requirements:
- 2 to 4 cup capacity
- Interchangeable blades so I can shred all the cheese
- Study and durable
Do you have one you recommend? If so, leave me a note in the comments.
