Fresh seafood cold pasta

Do you often feel a loss of appetite in the hot summer? Even in the face of favorite food, just looking at the hot air will reduce most of the interest.

The other day I saw a recipe for Italian cold pasta, I went home and tried it myself, the production is very simple, the ingredients are also relatively easy to obtain. It looks very much like a salad, but it can be eaten as a main dish, and the refreshing taste is also very suitable for summer consumption, especially not to endure the hot frying (summer everyone, you know ...)

Material Preparation

  • Spaghetti
  • Garlic
  • Chili
  • Cherry tomato
  • Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Brie cheese
  • Shrimp
  • Squid
  • Mirin (you can replace it with rice wine and sugar water 3:1)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Cracked black pepper

Recipes step-by-step

  • One small red pepper diced, a small amount of cherry tomato diced, and 3 garlic cloves minced. Put 20cc olive oil in a pan, add the above ingredients and add a small amount of black pepper, cook to bring out the fragrance.

  • Cut the shrimp along the back and cut the squid into rings after handling (you can just choose the cut frozen squid), add them to the pan and stir-fry together until cooked.Add 1-2 tablespoons of mirin before turning off the heat.

  • Pour all the food in the pan out into a metal cooling tray for cooling (you can put the cooling tray into ice water to speed up the cooling). The cooling zone tray will probably look like this.

  • Take a small handful of pasta (about 125 grams) and cook it (refer to the time on the bag and add a pinch of salt while cooking). Move to a colander and cool it like this:

  • Cut an avocado in half and remove the core. Cut into small strips (about an eighth) then tear off the skin, dice, and squeeze lemon juice over it to add flavor (while preventing oxidation). Take a small piece of Brie cheese (about 25 grams) and cut it into small pieces.

  • Using a salad bowl, pour in pasta, cooled shrimp and squid, chopped avocado, and grated cheese in order. Mix well and serve on a plate. Ready to enjoy.
    PS: Best served with a small glass of sparkling wine.
