Peppered Mussels

Simple but tasty recipe !!!images

Ingredients for 4 people:

2kg mussels, pepper, a clove of garlic, a sprig of parsley.

Clean the mussels under running water, eliminating the beard and mash with a metal scourer to remove the incrustations.

Place a drop of oil and garlic in a large pot, fry the garlic and then add the drained water mussels, cover with lid and cook until the mussels do not open, occasionally turn the mussels.
When you will open all the mussels, you switch off the heat, season with chopped parsley and pepper. Cover the pot and shake it to flavor the mussels.
The peppered should be enjoyed hot. People who like you can add the croutons.
