You know, I was not being witty at all… The only items that are not pictured in the ingredients pic are the vegan mayonnaise, salt and pepper LOL ... but I love your interpretation of it and I wish I would've done it on purpose now LOL let me know how you like them if you do try them.

    Made 'em, though I had a few substitutes due to lack of ingredients (no kensingtons, blk beans instead of the patty and double the cilantro because cilantro is a beautiful thing). My hacked version of yours was quite good!
