Hi All! this is my first post on Steem! I am very excited to share my passion for food with you! I grew up with the French cuisine. But I got my inspiration from all over the world during my many travels. I would like to share my love and passion for food with all of you! I just love the importance, the creativity and the endless possibilities.
Zucchini muffins
For 6 muffins
3x egg
½ zucchini in fine wisps
1x stamp of broccoli in fine wisps
Fresh coriander
1x tomate cut in small pieces
6x small cubes of cheese 1cm
Pepper and salt
Garlic
1 cupcake baking mold for 6
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
Grease the mold with a little butter
Devide the zucchini, broccoli fresh coriander and tomato in the mold. Put on each one a cube of cheese.
Stir the eggs with the salt, pepper and garlic and devide it in the mold.
Bake it for 15minutes.
Et voila, bonne appétit
Also good wih some bacon or chicken.
