(thick rice noodles) 3 packs

Bokchoy/Pechay
This is called thick mustard cabbage in english or bok choi.

Cabbage
(We all know what cabbage looks like)
Half a head

Garlic

Probably about 6-12 heads

Ground pork
1-2 kilos

Shrimp
1.5 kilos

Atsuete/Annatto

Use according to desired coloring effect

Chicharon/ Pork Rinds
Use as many as you like. It needs to be grounded or cracked into small bits. For flavor.

Salt and pepper
To taste

Eggs
A dozen

Process

• Noodles

• Garlic

• Bokchoi and cabbage
