This is a super easy way to do a quick detox after over indulging. It's like pressing RESET.
This is the protocol I use with my clients.

Start your day with drinking a detox water first thing in the morning.

1 lemon Squeezed (stimulates the liver to dump toxins)
1 inch Ginger sliced (anti-inflammatory)
1 Bag Detox Tea (optional) Herbs to detox the whole body.

If you are in a hurry....add Apple Cider Vinegar to water

Meal 1:
Fresh Juice or a Detox Shake

1/4 Beet
1 Organic Apple
1 Cucumber
1 Lemon
2 Carrots
1 Handful Cilantro or Parsley

**Make sure everything is organic

Meal 2:
Detox Bfit Salad

Ingredient
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 /lb Carrots
1 Large Sweet Potato
1 Tbsp/Scoop Grass-Fed Gelatin
1 chopped Yellow onion
1/2 Thumb size. Ginger, peeled and chopped
1 Carton Organic Chicken Soup *Vegetarian use Organic Vegetable Broth
2 Tsp. Paprika Powder
1 Can Coconut Cream
1/4 Avocado (topping) Optional
1/3 Cup Sprouts (topping) Optional

Heat coconut oil
Peel and chop carrots
Peel and chop sweet potato
Chop onions
Salute onion, carrots, potatoes for about 10 minutes or until they start to brown
Add ginger and cook another minute or two
Add broth, coconut cream (reserve some for topping) and curry powder and bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for 10 minutes or until carrot and potatoes are soft
Use and Immersion blender or cool off then add to a blender
Serve with avocado, coconut cream, alfalfa sprouts, pumpkin seeds and a dash of Paprika on top

Meal 3:

1 Beet, small - shred with hand shredder or food processor
1 cup Broccoli
1/2 Carrots
1 Celery, stalk
1/2 cup Arugula
1 Parsnip, sliced one and thin
1/4 cup Red cabbage
1 small Sweet potato

DRESSING
To taste Black pepper, Freshly ground
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin

¼ cup mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin seeds)

Meal 5:
Juice or Detox Shake

1 Banana
1 Cup Berries
1 Handful Spinach or Kale
All Vegan (no soy) Protein Powder
1 scoop Grass-Fed Gelatin (optional)
1-2 Cups Nut Milk (to the consistency you like)

Finally....
Drink Organic Detox Tea in the evening before bed.

This is a Simi-Fasting 3 Day Detox plan.
You may get hungry and not feel very well. Drink a lot of Detox Water to flush toxins. This is extremely important.

Remember, this is not for losing weight it's for detoxing, dumping toxins and rehabbing from sugar, gluten and other toxic loads you got from your indulgences.

A sports athlete would require different needs and the athlete has to work to preserve muscle mass at all cost. This plan does not do that.
