Meat Schnitzel, a tender meat pounded, coated with bread crumbs or eggs then fried in Oil or Fat. The one you see in the photo is of Jewish style and is served with Fries, Salad, Hummus and Pita Bread. It is light to the body, healthy based on the tentative macro counts i did but most important, just to delicious to resist ❤️
