I've always thought that the best way to show appretiation is throught baked goodies and I love how you use candied lemons in this recipe, using cake and frosting mix is an excelent way to save time, but doing something extra like the candied lemon slices, gave your cupcakes a special touch.. yay vitamin C...

    Candied lemons are just a fun little bit of decorative interest, but I do so like them, and I'm glad you like the time saving stuff, sometimes you just need a little shortcut in order to keep your sanity:o)
