I made salmon, rice and avocado 's Yukke bowl.

What is Yukke

It is a Korean style tartar steak style dish using raw meat.

This is to cut salmon and rice in the form of dice
Cucumbers, onion, avocado, eggs mixed with sesame oil and pepper sauce, oyster sauce, honey are put on rice.

Add more vegetables and mayonnaise is also delicious.

It is about 3 dollars a piece.
