Vitamin-rich foods need to be consumed every day to protect human body. Due to the lack of vitamins rich foods, problems like fatigue,stress, and other will increase. Vitamin-rich foods help in the normalization of different cells in the body. Antioxidants destroy the body's harmful radicals and protect health.

1.Sweet potato: Sweet potato is known as 'Ranga Aloo'. Recent studies have shown that sweet potato contains beta carotene and vitamin A '. Along with this, it is an excellent source of iron. It regulates blood sugar levels.

In parts I agree with you. Diversified eating is import for your regular eating. But in case you suffer from any desease, I would recommend to supplement such important Vitamins as Vitamin C and D3 via extra pills (on a natural basis of course). Because in this state, the body is so busy with fighting against the desease, it needs much more nutritions and energy than he could absorb only by food. Cheers Anna
