Steemit check out my mothers authentic Mexican salsa recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove large or 2 small cut in half
Handful of cilantro about 1 cup remove stems
3 Serrano peppers (2 if you like it mild spicy)
1/2 tablespoon salt or to taste

Directions:
First you will want to boil the Serrano pepper in a pot of water for about 25-30 minutes over high heat to make the peppers soft for the salsa you want them to be soft not hard. It is really easy to do the rest put 1/4 onion in a blender add the garlic clove, tomatoes, cilantro, salt and add the Serrano peppers once they are finished boiling and you hit the pulse button on your blender about 15-20 times just to chop it into salsa not to thick and not to creamy! Real easy to make.

I use these tomatoes
