All breads are grains, grain cause inflammation. Whether it’s a simple carbohydrate or a complex carbohydrate the result is still the same sugar. Complex carbohydrates take a lot longer to enter the bloodstream and is therefore healthier than a simple carb however, consuming high amounts of carbs will not make you skinnier or help you lose weight. A snickers versus a banana, obviously the banana it’s a lot healthier for you however, bananas contain sugar. Just because it’s in healthier option doesn’t mean it’s the way to go. Eating bread on a daily basis will not help you lose weight or maintain weight.
