Sardines on Toast

Dinner


A very simple affair tonight, as I only need to make myself dinner. So, nothing that will take too long, or be annoying to prepare. After a quick look in the fridge I settle on Sardines, which I will have on toast, (the little man has home made sausage rolls).



Like I said nothing fancy or complicated, I do from time to time feel like having either Tuna, Sardines, or Herring. Tonight it was Sardines. In case your curious as to which brand of Sardines I use, it is John West.



I will also get the Sardines in water as well, and then add my own sauce, but not tonight.
