It's a tough time to be a small business. COVID19 regulations are putting a serious damper on the restaurant industry. I've been trying my best to support the local gems to help keep them afloat. A little while ago @nicollefiallo and her cousin went to MofonGo restaurant while I was at work. They brought me home a couple of empanadas to enjoy when I got home.
This was one of the best empanadas I've ever tried. As you can see in the picture, it was a perfect crust pocket, stuffed with deliciously seasoned beef and vegetables. I look forward to trying more food from MonfonGo Restaurant in the future!
