Let me take you to this day's dinner treat at Cook Pub Mactan with cybil of @trydaily. The dinner was like an ultimate fiesta one, though we just ordered two let me say semi a la carte food offers - Spicy Pork Bibimpan and Wrap with KFC (Korean Fried Chicken).

Cook Pub Mactan is a Korean themed restaurant with a wide range of food choices. It is situated at Island Central Mall, Mepz Ecozone Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City 6015, Philippines.

It's Bibimpan. It's just the same as what is called Bibimbap but it's just served in a pan which explains how it's called. The dish is a mix of rice, spicy pork, and assorted sauteed and seasoned shredded fresh vegetables like carrots, cabbage and many other. It's usually stirred thoroughly just before eating. Literally, the word bibimbap means mixed rice. Cook Pub's Bibimpan is served with Pickled Cucumber and Kimchi as the side dishes. And yes, believe it, the serving portion which they budgeted for one pax can be good enough for 2 persons, which is very true on our end. This costs 198.00 Php or more or less 3 USD

It's a Korean Fried Chicken Wrap. It's a mix of sliced Fried Chicken and shredded fresh vegetables that's wrapped with Tortillas. The stuff inside were seasoned with rich and savory Korean spices and condiments that make this wrap dish a perfect one. It's served with Potato Fries that's paired with richly flavored dressing (Mayonnaise + Sweet Chili Sauce) as its complimentary dish. Absolutely it's a perfect match. This costs 197.00 Php or 3 USD.

It's an omelet. Vegetables, meat, and egg comprised the dish. It's served with an ounce of Korean Fish Sauce that makes you appreciate this omelet even more. Complimentarily, it's served along with that soup contained in the stainless steel cup. Perfectly, it appetizes one. I just didn't get the exact name of this dish and how much does it cost one for we just have it on our table unexpectedly.

Of course, the meal would not be complete without your preferred drinks. For our dinner, we ordered Calamansi juice which costs 85.00 Php. That freshly squeezed Calamansi that's mixed with water and sugar complete the dinner favorably.

The dinner treat was way more than awesome. The food, the mood of the place, and more importanly, the welcoming and accommodating staffs made it.
